They have adult education and training programs to help you out.

It’s always important that you come prepared for a battle. If you plan to go through a career transition, preparation is most essential. A career transition center will help you prepare yourself. Not just physically or emotionally but financially as well. Planning will help you oversee all the factors that can be affected by this change. At the same time, there are a number of careers where career positioning, right sizing or re-engineering are common. It is best that you be prepared when things like these happen.

A career transition center will provide mentoring and mentoring forums, counseling services, career transitions seminars, career organization, and provide you with the resources for available jobs. They will also help you get in the right direction in regards to getting a new job. Some centers also provide help in resume building, writing cover letters, and undergoing interviews.
